〰️ SMOOTH SCROLL

Looking further

Three things we would rather show you than describe.

How we treat the country. Who can travel with us. Where your money goes.

These are the parts of the business we think you should be able to see.

How we look after Iceland’s nature and the communities we work with. Who we can welcome properly today, and who we’re still learning to welcome. Where the money goes when you book a trip with us.

None of it is finished. We’d rather share it as it is than wait until it’s perfect.

SUSTAINABILITY

We measured it before we mentioned it

Our CO2 baseline for 2022 covers Scopes 1, 2 and 3, including the unflattering parts like staff commutes and our own business travel. Then the practical work: a fleet going electric, refillable bottles instead of plastic, and Vakinn Gold to check we’re not just saying it.

ACCESSIBIliTY

Every guest arrives with different needs

We ask first, show you before you book and choose the right guide. Some things we already do well, others we’re still learning, and we tell you which is which.

ECONOMIC NUTRITION

The whole price, broken open

Most travel is sold as a single number. This is the breakdown: partners and suppliers, our team, operations and surplus. Once 69% is on the website, cutting what reaches our partners to raise our own margin becomes something we’d have to explain.
